Appointment Of Company Secretary

The Board of Directors of BH Global Marine Limited ("the Company") wishes to announce the appointment of Ms Pan Mi Keay as Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 15 June 2010.Consequent upon the aforesaid appointment, Ms Toon Choi Fan and Ms Pan Mi Keay shall be the Company Secretaries of the Company.
