Change in percentage of issued share capital due to the increase of the total number of issued shares in the capital of BH Global Marine Limited (the "Company") from 420,000,000 to 480,000,000 ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) following the issuance of 60,000,000 new ordinary shares pursuant to the issuance Taiwan Depository Receipts on the Taiwan Stock Exchange ("TSE") by the Company.

The percentage of issued share capital after change is calculated based on the enlarged share capital of 480,000,000 ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) upon the issuance of 60,000,000 new ordinary shares in the share capital of the Company pursuant to the issuance of Taiwan Depository Receipts on TSE by the Company.

The deemed interest in the share capital of the Company is held through Beng Hui Holding (S) Pte Ltd by virtue of Section 7 of the Companies Act, Cap 50.
