Change Of Address Of Share Registrar And Place Where Register Of Members And Index Is Kept

The Board of Directors of BH Global Marine Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that the address of the Company's Share Registrar, Tricor Barbinder Share Registration Services has been changed to 80 Robinson Road, #02-00 Singapore 068898 and that the Register of Members and Index of the Company will be maintained at the aforesaid address with effect from 1 November 2011.
