The Board of Directors of BH Global Marine Limited (the "Board") refers to the announcement made on 19 January 2012 in respect of the notification of the release of the full year financial results ended 31 December 2011 ("2011 Full Year Results") on 30 January 2012 (Reference No. 00135).
The Board wishes to announce that due to the progress of audit of a foreign subsidiary, the release of the 2011 Full Year Results via SGXNet be postponed to 8 February 2012 after trading hours.
