Change Of Name Of The Company To BH Global Corporation Limited

The Company wishes to announce that following the special resolution passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 30 April 2013 and the approval obtained from the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore on 13 May 2013, the name of the Company has been changed to "BH Global Corporation Limited" with effect from 13 May 2013.
The Company's trading counter name on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, "BH Global", will remain unchanged.
